As we customize our services to meet the specific needs of each client, we ask that you please arrive 15 minutes early to your first appointment for light paperwork and consultation.
We respect that your time with us is valuable and in order to remain prompt, extremely late arrivals must be cancelled or rescheduled. Please call if you are going to be late.
Services totaling $100 or more must be reserved with a credit card. If the unfortunate circumstance of needing to cancel your appointment should arise, we ask that you give 48 hours notice. For less than 48 hours notice, 50% of the service price will be charged. Full service price will be charged for no-shows. This policy applies to all appointments. Thank you for your consideration.
Gratuities are not included in the prices listed and may be given directly to the technician or securely left with front desk personnel. The receptionist will indicate if the gratuity has been included with a gift certificate. Please present your gift certificate when you check in for your appointment.
