Vigorous, deep tissue massage, focusing on the muscles and joints. Relieves soreness and muscle tension, improves range of motion, and helps to eliminate toxins accumulated from overexertion.

Hot Stone Massage — 60 min $90 90 min $120

This is an ancient art full body massage using heated basalt stones and oil. An effective massage for insomnia, arthritis, chronic pain, muscle soreness, fibromyalgia, and stress. A great cold-weather massage.

Chair Massage — $1 per minute

A seated massage experience, with clothes on. An excellent short appointment for the person on the go. Targets the upper body with accupressure, connective tissue massage, and stretches.

Integrated Hot/Cold Stone Massage — 60 min $95 90 min $130

An extremely invigorating experience. Full body massage using deeply relaxing heated basalt and chilled marble stones. This combination stimulates tense muscles and helps strengthen the immune system. Alternating heat and cold application creates a dramatic movement of fluids within the body and interrupts the pain-spasm-pain cycle.

Thai poultice massage - 90 minutes only $125

Drift away tensions with a full body traditional hot Thai massage. A hot steamed herbal poultice opens the pores and brings a deep medicinal heat to the muscles to alleviate aches & pains, release tensions, detoxify and revitalize. Combined with Royal Thai Acupressure & Aromatherapy Massage, your body will embark on a journey of total renewal.

Cranial poultice massage - 75 minutes only $95

This amazing massage experience incorporates three massage modalities performed on the back, neck, shoulders, face & skull where the stress manifests most. Your journey to recovery starts with a Thai acupressure massage to release knotted muscles, followed by the application of a hot steamed poultice containing organic herbs to relieve stress, detoxify, increase circulation and re-energize. An aromatherapy massage to revitalize and nourish dehydrated skin, and a deep facial cleanse completes your path to total recovery. *This is not a full body massage.

Japanese energy work is performed with hand placements throughout the body. Client may wear comfortable clothes during the session. Reiki addresses the mind, body, and spirit bringing a powerful healing session. Great for anxiety/depression, stress, and deep relaxation. Generally, no oil used for this session.

Acupressure -60 min $85 90 min $120

Asian fusion massage including Thai Yoga and Shiatsu. This technique is performed on a mat on the floor. Client wears comfortable yoga/workout clothing. Extremely invigorating massage focusing on pressure points and stretching. Great for relieving sore, tense muscles. Generally, no oil is used for this session.
